As the veil thins and the harvest cycle draws to a close, you’re invited into a sacred evening of connection, movement, and quiet power.

Dancing with the Ancestors is an online ceremony to honor your lineage, soften into stillness, and walk forward with clarity and joy.

Together, we’ll gather in a virtual temple space to:

• Light ancestral candles and open a field of reverent remembrance

• Settle into a few yin postures or stillness to connect with the bones, the waters, and the memory held within

• Dance a figure-eight meditation to weave joy into our ancestral threads

• Reflect on what we’re choosing to carry forward and what we lovingly lay down

• Share in sacred witness and silence across the thresholds of time

This ceremony is open to all. No previous experience is needed.
