Access Bars

When we are in balance, we can heal.

What is Access Bars?

Access Bars, a tool from Access Consciousness , are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that stop you creating your most authentic, joyful life.

Dr. Dain Heer, former chiropractor, co-creator of Access Consciousness and Founder of International Being You Day, explains: “When The Bars are lightly touched, the brain waves actually change, allowing behavioral patterns, belief systems, and points of view that you have been running from childhood to be accessed. It increases your sense of gratitude and sense of connection with everything…Basically, it deeply relaxes the brain and body.”

After an Access Bars session, many clients report feeling more relaxed, joyful, calm, and a greater sense of mental clarity. Research has found that it can have a positive neurological effect and even decrease pain, stress, depression and anxiety, while increasing happiness. There are currently roughly 500,000 practitioners who “run bars” on patients; Emily Peterson is one of them.

During an access bars session with Emily, clients will be replenished with the help of blankets and pillows as Emily works on the 32 access points in their head, lightly touching spots to bring greater peace, relaxation and balance. When we are in balance, we can heal.

Sessions are 60 minutes and in person in Jamaica Plain, MA. To book or learn more, reach out via the link below or email Emily at emily@emilyhealing.com

Emily’s Experience

“The first time I got my bars run I felt like I had a car wash for my brain.

“I had so much space, my head was so quiet, I felt super expansive and connected to life.  I went outside and connected immediately to the ground, trees, and birds and we had a great time communicating and communing.  It was so beautiful.

“Since then, I have felt such a lightness in my brain, body, and being after sessions.  Feeling connected to the All that Is is so helpful when my nervous system is constricting and narrowing it's focus - such a relief to be in expansion.”

‘A stranger touched my head and my mood completely changed'

“I…felt a level of catharsis, almost like my body was letting go of everything that it had been holding in so tightly.”

“While it doesn’t sound like that would do anything at all, it actually felt so amazing, even euphoric. At times it was like there was a sense of ‘buzzing’ or ‘energy’ flowing around my brain. One way to describe it would be like the chills you get when someone plays with your hair, but in the brain rather than the body.” - Cassandra Green for Body & Soul
