How This Work Is Held

This work is grounded in nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and deep listening.

Shamanic healing listens beneath symptoms and stories—into the relational field where imbalance often begins.

Each session is trauma-aware and guided by attunement rather than force. The work meets you where you are and unfolds in relationship with what is ready to move.

You don’t need to have anything figured out.

Session Options

You’re welcome to choose the entry point that feels most aligned. All sessions are held with the same depth of care and presence.

Shamanic/Energy Healing Session

Full-spectrum healing and integration

A deeper session that weaves together shamanic healing, breath, somatic awareness, and ceremonial tending.

This is supportive when you are moving through:

  • trauma or emotional intensity

  • major life transitions

  • persistent patterns or deeper layers of healing

  • illness current or past

Sessions unfold intuitively and may include energy work, guided process, and integration support.

Breathwork Session

Regulation, release, and reconnection through the breath

A focused session using breath to support:

  • nervous system regulation

  • emotional processing/clearing of patterns

  • increased clarity and presence

These sessions can be gentle and grounding or more activating, depending on what is needed.

1 hour 30 minutes $222.00


Ceremonial Session

Support for thresholds, grief, and meaningful transitions

A session held as intentional space for:

  • grief and loss

  • identity shifts

  • life transitions or endings/beginnings

Ceremony allows what is unspoken/ unfinished to be acknowledged, witnessed, and integrated. And what is being born to be anchored into form.


Trauma Healing Session

One-on-one TIMBo Sessions

Trauma-informed, holistic, somatic-based mindfulness support for long-term regulation and resilience

A session held as intentional space for:

  • resolution of past trauma

  • nervous system regulation

  • integration of somatic and mindfulness practices

The TIMBo program is typically offered as a 16-week commitment, allowing the work to unfold gradually and integrate deeply.
